Building a critical, analytical, creative, transformative, friendly and embracing human resource ecosystem for church members means creating a system that encourages church members to think critically about their faith, analyze their beliefs, use their creativity to explore new ideas, and be open to transformation and growth within their faith. It also means creating an environment that is welcoming and supportive of all members and encourages respectful dialogue and understanding.
